5.1. It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure they have valid passports and visas for entry into the destination country.
5.2. Manan Homestay is not liable for any expenses incurred due to passport or visa issues.
6.1. Travelers are responsible for ensuring they are in good health and fit to participate in the tours.
6.2. Any health conditions or dietary requirements must be disclosed at the time of booking.
7.1. Manan Homestay is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury sustained during the tour, except where such loss, damage, or injury is caused by the gross negligence or willful misconduct of The Kashi Tour.
7.2. Manan Homestay is not responsible for delays, changes, or cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, strikes, or political instability.
